Yes, we deliver in Europe, mainly in the member countries of the customs union. The delivery costs will depend on your country.

Our offices are located in Sceaux, France from where we send our parcels by registered letter.
- Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?
We strive to ship each order in full. However, it may happen that our products are shipped separately in certain cases. The rest of the order will arrive certainly shortly.
- I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are really sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question, description of the problem at the email address:email@example.com and we will deal with your complaint either by replacement, by credit or refund.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of (14) fourteen working days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used, accompanied by the original signed Delivery Note. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
